The VIKTOS Range Trainer™ shorts have a 4-way stretch chassis with features specifically designed for tactical range training and operational use. The durable and quick-drying fabric allows maximum comfort and complete mobility through all tactical evolutions. They have a 9" inseam length for a contemporary look and an alloy g-hook waist closure for an adjustable fit. The notched hand pockets make it easy to clip knives vertically, while the zippered front pocket provides secure storage. Secondary slip pockets provide EDC organization, and the Hipshoot™ rear pockets fit concealed AR mags. These shorts have a StormStrike™ finish to shed the elements and SunStrike™ UPF 50+ fabric to block 98% of the sun's harmful rays. All VIKTOS shorts are designed by U.S. veterans to fulfill the needs of tactical professionals and come with a one-year workmanship and materials warranty..

My New Go-To Summer Shorta
I wasn't looking for new shorts; my trusty old cargo shorts were just fine, or so I thought. The design and materials of these Range Trainer shorts caught my attention, so I ordered a pair. After they arrived, I ordered additional pairs in very color. First and foremost, they are comfortable. The material is both light and incredibly durable. They resist water (water will bead on the surface), but if they do get wet, they dry quickly. Not only is the material very tough, the stitching and construction are heavy-duty. I love the extra pockets set high on the hip; they work great for storing the random items that used to ride low in my cargo pockets. This allows me to carry all the random dad and husband stuff while looking great and I no longer have to deal with all the extra material and swinging heavy cargo pockets. The shorts look and perform great and will see a lot of use this summer.

Fits small
Fits smaller than the pants. I love the pants, and wear them almost everyday. Shorts are about 1/2 size smaller around the waist.

Great shorts for carry
These shorts are lightweight and breathable. Great for warm weather. It can be difficult to find shorts that fit in with warm weather, athletic environments and still perform on the range, but these certainly fit the need for me.

My favorite shorts.
Rugged but classy. You can pull these out of the hamper, put them on, and they wrinkle free in minutes. Great shorts!

Happy!
Knife pocket works. It holds my large SOG when I didn’t think it would. I work in a warehouse, these are cool enough. Sturdy belt loops to carry my keys and ID. Fit is comfortable. Would buy again.
