The Ruck Recovery slide is the remedy for your post-ruck feet. The footbed features sculpted geometry to relieve and revitalize your strained ligaments and tendons. It features a heat-activated footbed that can be easily molded to your individual foot shape. Finally, a full rubber outsole provides additional traction and durability in rugged terrain.
Forming Instructions
Place in oven at 225° f for three minutes. Remove sandals from oven. Stand in sandals for two minutes with your weight equally balanced.

Good to go
As always steller product of course still knowing this is not made in the USA I never purchase anything unless it's on sale some comments said runs big I found runs try to size i wear a 11.5 but went w a 11 fits perfectly but no wiggle room ...also the heating instructions were a little off I found if u repeated the process it worked much better but u have to be careful because the soul will start coming off but overall super comfortable would like to see something like this in a clog possibility and not one of those gay ones everyone wears !!!

Great Quality and Rugged
These are great, quality sandals that are definitely worth buying. I bought the black style a few years ago and they've held up very well for all the years of hard use. I just bought my second pair and couldn't be happier with them as well.

Ruck Recovery MC Slide
These are great! Had to buy a second pair. My regular size is 10.5. Bought these in size 10, did the thermo-molding and they fit perfectly. It was unusual at first having good arch support in simple slides. Now I really appreciate the comfort.

Viktos fan But these are horrible. Top band way to large, sole didn't conform after heating... Swing and a miss :(
