Like your perfectly parkerized AR, the Wartorn Waterproof boot is the GP equivalent of VIKTOS footwear. The chassis is comprised of reinforced leather and water-resistant nylon ripstop. Internally it features a waterproof/breathable membrane and Akore padded ankle inserts to provide impact protection. A lugged outsole provides excellent outdoor traction and is combined with hi-rebound foam for maximum comfort. Finally, the internal rock plate helps protect your foot against rock bruising.

Boots that bounce
I'm very picky with foot wear. My go to for the past 5 years has been Merrell moabs which progressed to Soloman forces. I swore by the solomans (which I still do). I needed something a little more in favor of my plantar fasceitis. The wartorns did it. I use the core and core 2 shoes for my workouts and love them. My first pair I still use and have had for 3 goin on 4 years now. So I figured the boots had to be just as good. Stellar footwear. I recommend it if you have bad knees/joints. The insoles were a huge plus also. The boot was already comfy but since I have skinny bitch feet, I needed something to keep my feet from sliding around. Toe box is wider than most boots and it's more low key rather than tactical.

Wartorn Boots
Comfortable right out of the box. Wife approved as they do not appear as aggressive as other styles and can be worn casually as well. After a few hours of break in, I adjusted laces to heal lock which greatly improved comfort. Very hopeful!
