Viktos Nailed This One
Ok, so I've been trying all kinds of trainers the last few months and couldn't wait to get these. The style is awesome, crazy comfortable and great for daily wear, CrossFit, training and tactical athlete training. Im typically a 10.5 and sized up to the 11.0 and they fit perfect. these remind me a lot of the r33bok nano 6. highly recommend these, ill definitely get another pair.

Ok, but fell short
A few years ago, I purchased their core shoe, which is probably my all time favorite shoe. Not too long after, I purchased their next version (Core 2, I believe) which was nothing like the original. When I saw they had a new version, I was amped... well, it is in-between the two. This new one has a measurably more narrow toe box and the sole had compression "creases" after two days. The original had such an amazing fit-feel, super maleable sole, and held up to years of "leg days" with no problem. I wish those came back!!

AWESOME
I have been wearing a version of the Core shoes for almost four years. This is my newest and third pair. Thus far it is the best version yet. Looks great with jeans, lightweight, comfortable, and the gray doesn't scream out "look at me." Been wearing on the range, running errands, and business casual. They work with everything.

Core Containment Shoe
I’ve had every Core shoe released and have loved them all equally. This new design is great, even lighter weight and keeps the origin story alive with this newest addition to the lineup. My only complaint is the rip stop toe, it’s hard and is slightly uncomfortable. I’m a size 11 with any shoe I’ve ordered from Viktos, but this change makes me feel like I need to go up a half size so my toes aren’t resting right on the rip stop. I decided to keep my order to avoid another 10 days of shipping time.

Core Containment
They are super light weight in comparison to the core 2 and gym, the silhouette reminds me a lot of the first core shoe , the color ways are amazing, I think VIKTOS is moving in the right direction for sure. It’s like a true sock shoe, it still looks like a core, but de-bulked , & the comfort is fantastic, I did not have to go through the stiff break in period like the previous core models. Legit 10/10 , bangers. I would say that because of their sleek design language they are matched much better with shorts than jeans, and because of how low the ankle cut is they look best with no show socks or longer athletic socks, where the previous core models looked great with the VIKTOS ankle socks. I absolutely love my core containments.
