Speed, agility, and stability are the hallmarks of modern gunfighting footwear. The VIKTOS Range Trainer™ takes all of these requirements and includes just enough reinforcements to make them ultra-durable without excess weight. The main chassis is a rugged knit, with engineered micro-vents allowing for heat to escape while keeping debris out. An airprene collar further assists by forming a complete closure around your ankle, again keeping debris out. The rubber compound of the outsole provides excellent traction and durability with a tread pattern for non-snag grip in a variety of range and outdoor conditions. The EVA foam midsole offers comfort while retaining a stable shooting platform.

The bottom sole is coming off.
I haven’t worn these shoes to do anything difficult like hiking or running and gunning at the range. I’m sitting here in my office and just noticed the bottom sole flapping from the heel.

Range trainer shoe
These are very well made, comfortable and good looking shoes. Stiff soles. My shoe size is 13-14 depending on brand and the shoes I bought were 13 and fit great. I played a couple rounds of pickle ball in them the other night and they were very comfortable and stable for the short stops and starts involved. Overall I'm very satisfied so far.

these are a great shoe, they are lightweight and slip on. this is the second pair I have purchased and unfortunately they are discontinuing the line I might go buy any remaining stock they have in my size. I have 5 different sets of Viktos footwear and I love them 2 pair of boots a pair of sandles two different pair of shoes including the ones this purchase is replacing

Range Trainer rivals Service Quality!
Had an unfortunate problem with a pair of Range Trainers. Spoke w the folks at Viskos Now, I’m not a Cop, not in the Service however try to support both in any way I can. Viskos is my go to brand for cool, well made guy stuff. My issue was handled promptly with a photo, then credit. I bought another. These shoes rock on the Range or as daily kicks. Well made, supportive and not your everyday sneakers. Well done Viskos!

Could have been a fluke
Great shoe overall. Multipurposed, I used it in the gym, running errands and even some light running. Four stars because the shoe separated from the sole after about 6 months. 10 star rating to the customer service team who replaced the shoe free of charge.

Quality shoe
These range trainers shoes are durable. Wore them for 2 years before soles started to separate from upper. I did machine wash a couple of times with no ill effects. I purchased two pair at a time. Learned that from military service. I have order another two pair as replacements and will continue to wear. K
